As I write this, it has been only 12 years, 9 months, 3 days, 18 hours, 38 minutes and 45 seconds since Finding Nemo swam into theaters and ensured our love for all things Pixar. Obviously, that’s just too much time without seeing more of our favorite ocean dwellers, unless you count the many DVD replays. Though even then, you can only replay the DVD a few thousand times before it gets a scratch and you have to repurchase, but I digress. The issue at hand is that a new trailer for the upcoming Finding Dory has officially dropped today. It premiered just this morning on The Ellen Show, and it needs to be seen immediately. Check it out below:
In case you were in a rush and are planning to come back and view the trailer later on, I will resolve one of the most pressing concerns about the trailer below:

That’s right, Crush is among the characters returning for this round, so we can all relax now folks. Also joining Dory are classic characters Marlin, Nemo, Mr. Ray, and a few new characters introduced by the trailer.
In true Pixar style, most of the story elements remain under wraps. What the trailer does reveal is that Dory will remember that she has parents, and will go on an ocean-wide search for them.
Finding Dory brings back the talents of EllenDeGeneresc and Albert Brooks, and new additions Diane Keaton, Idris Elba, Michael Sheen, Dominic West, and Ty Burrell. The film is scheduled for a June 17, 2016 release.
(And if you must know, that’s exactly 3 months, 14 days, 4 hours, 22minutes, and 1 second).
